He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Haslick and Ruth Haslick (Wohlert); and his sister Marj Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Stumpf; his children, Stephanie DeGroff (Jarrod), Nathan Haslick (Diana) and Brandon Haslick (Vanessa Schroeder); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Austin Haslick, Olivia and Connor DeGroff; and his brother Roger Haslick (Maurene).

Memorial Contributions in Lee's memory may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
