He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Cook; his wife Elizabeth (Schultz); his son Craig; his grandchildren, Bruce Cook and Mary Cook; his siblings, Robert Cook and Esther McPhearson; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ashley and Patricia Malley.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Cook (Jean), Kevin Cook, Michael Cook and John Cook; his grandchildren, Josh, Kyle Cook, Elizabeth Cook, Craig II and Curt Cook; his daughter-in-law Cathy Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Schultz and Sandy Cook.
