She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Westfall and Laura Westfall (McAlister); and her siblings, Alice Sue VanDine and Andrew Westfall. She is survived by: her daughter Desirae Hive; her grandchildren, Kenzie, Lidija, Aiden and Simon; her sisters, Marchia Schoemaker (Daniel) and Phyllis Tucker (Clifford); her niece Hope Ernst; and her friend Robin Smith. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
