With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Evelyn Wells of Grand Haven, Michigan, who passed away on November 29, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Wasenmaker and Edna Wasenmaker (Sikkenga); and her spouse Aubrey Wells. She is survived by: her son Roger Wells of Spring Lake; and her sister Lynn Groenveldt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
