She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Carter and Caroline Carter; her siblings, Harry, David and Floretta; her children, Debra and Randy; and her great grandchild Brenden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Brenay (Matthew), Patricia Jerovsek and Elaine Hansen; and her grandchildren, Danielle El FaQir (Fahd), Beverly Padilla (Jerry), Brittney, Jennifer Van Etten (Billy), Tiffany Keillor, Christopher Hansen, Julia Hansen, Heather Lebaron, Ashley Noble and Devon Brenay. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren.
