She was predeceased by: her parents, John VanHall and Christine VanHall (Prelesnik); her husband Jack Anthony Dusnik; and her siblings, Walter VanHall and Evelyn Sutliff.
She is survived by: her children, Susan LaGosh (David) and John Dusnik (Debra); and her grandchildren, Ryan Dusnik (Christine), Jason LaGosh (Corinne), Ashley Dusnik (Sean), McGarvey, Jennifer Majkowski (Nick) and Brianne Worden (Kyle). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
