She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hoekstra and Lena Hoekstra (Slinkman); her husband Charles Cuddington; her close friend Mel Meyers; and her sisters, Bert Plantenga (Henry), Bea Wallish (Edward) and Linda Watters.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Buitenhuis (Bill) of Bristol, IN, Chuck Cuddington of Wayland, MI, Jon Cuddington (Sue) of Grand Haven and Tim Cuddington (Jean) of Grand Haven; her grandchildren, Sheila Fuller (Tim), Ryan, Jason Buitenhuis, Kati Tagge, Connie Luoma (Joey), Charles Cuddington, Abby Kennedy (Jack) and Logan Cuddington; and her siblings, Cathy DeYoung (Dale) and Albert Hoekstra (Joyce). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
