James Howard Fett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Howard Fett of Grand Haven, Michigan, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Nellie Fett, Sr. (Ruiter); his daughter Kathie Gannon; his brothers, Walter, Jr., Charles and Gene Fett; his daughter-in-law Judith Comly; and his parents-in-law, Arthur and Mildred Comly.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Debbie Helsel (Rock), Karen Johnson (Roy) and Pam Kintner (Roger); his brothers, Richard and Gary Fett (Ruth Ann); his son-in-law Joe Gannon; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Fett. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Klaassen Family Funeral Home (1500 Robbins Rd, Grand Haven, MI 49417). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (527 Taylor Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417).
