He is survived by: his parents, Henry Dice and Ethel Dice (Cullen); his wife Mary; his children, Deb Smith (Randy) of Grand Rapids, David Dice of Ada, Kathy Zeboor (Steve) of Rockford, John Dice (Linda) of Allendale and Amy Bursma (Jim) of Massachusetts; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Sterkenburg (Walt), Lois Holwerda and Lori Holwerda. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
