He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas B. Bennett and Elsa K Bennett (Koelbel); and his siblings, Thomas, Robert, Alice, Sarah Jane and Elsa Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Floriano; his children, Christine Jurrians (Michael) of Wyoming, George Jr. Bennett (Rose) of Spring Lake, Melissa Rudy (David) of Holland and Peter Bennett (Julia) of Grand Haven; his grandchildren, Jessica, Brian, Kevin, Sarah, Alexander and James; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Nora, Edward and Myles; and his sister-in-law Anne Floriano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions masks and social distancing will be required at the visitation and service.
