He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin DeBlaey and Doris DeBlaey (Peterson). He is survived by: his wife Carol Boyink; his brothers, Timothy DeBlaey (Mary) and Christopher DeBlaey (Rebecca); his nephews, Jonathan DeBlaey (Jessica), Aaron DeBlaey (Kelly) and Daniel DeBlaey (Ashley); his great-nieces, Evelyn and Kennedy; and his aunt Marian Peterson.
