He is survived by: his son Kevin Kotlewski (Dianne); his siblings, Sam Kotlewski (Nancy), Louise Mosley and Janice Smith (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Ryan Mosley (Shay), Anthony Mosley, Shane Kotlewski (Lisa) and Rachel Payne (Travis); and his close friends, Terry Fauble, Craig Reeds and Melissa Carpenter.
