He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Bolling and Vivian Bolling (Dahlman); and his siblings, Pamela Ellison and Roger Bolling. He is survived by: his son Avery Bolling of Grand Haven; and his sisters, Debby Bolling of Spring Lake and Cindy Lewis (Brian) of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
