She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Puleo and Mary Puleo (Smith); her husband Terrance McFadden; her daughter Eileen; her siblings, Rose Mitchell (Larry), Delores Barger (Lamar) and Thomas Puleo; her son-in-law John Dupuis; her parents-in-law, Colonel V. J. and Irene McFadden; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce McFadden and Emery Holzinger.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa MacKeller, Diane Swifney (Thomas), Mary Ann Dupuis and Daniel McFadden (Kathy); her grandchildren, Heather, Eileen MacKeller, Matthew McFadden (Melinda), Cassie Motley (Brad), Tracy Taylor (Josh), Thomas Swifney, Jr. (Miranda), Shane Swifney (Amanda), Ann Marie Swifney, Natalie and Brigitte Dupuis; her great grandchildren, Adam MacKeller, Chase, Catlin Taylor, Riley, Audrey Swifney, Alina, Juliet Motley, Matthew and Maisy McFadden; her sisters-in-law, Joan Mead, Patricia McFadden, Trudy Puleo and Geraldine Holzinger; and her goddaughter Lorraine King. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and special niece.
