She was predeceased by: her parent Casimer Kalke (Rose); her husband Joseph Kollar; and her siblings, Jerry, Casey and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheree Boutell (Floyd) and Susan Kollar; her grandchildren, Jessica Romanov, Roxanne Stacey and Freija Stacey; and her great grandchildren, Anthony VanderHoven and Codie Stacey-Thomas.
