She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwin Smith and Nora "Dawn" DeGlopper (Tucker); her husband Edward F. Douglas; her sister Connie Missad; and her friend Ethel Vozar Sell.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Charles (David) of Texas and Jeffrey Douglas of Grand Haven; and her grandchildren, Cooper and McKinley Charles of Texas. She is also survived by her family, her many friends.
