He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Norma; and his brothers, Richard and Dan. He is survived by: his children, Carl Russell II (Christie), Jim Russell, Matt Russell (Jessica), Katherine Russell-Luc (Brendan) and Carlina Mitidieri (Vinne); his grandchildren, Megan, Addison, Chloe, Kaleb, Christian, Evelyn, Jaxon, Abigail, Kelly and Joseph; his siblings, Jack, Caz, Orval, Denver, Kelly, Tim, Verlie, Reba, Tammy and Ilene; his close friend Jim Faulkner; and his pet Benny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Carl's name may be made to Faith Hospice, whose compassionate care in his final days brought comfort to him and his family.
