She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit Brand and Helen Vanden Brand (Hendrych); her husband Paul Rose; her former husband Joe Szymas; her sister Glenda Palen; and her sister-in-law Doris Vanden Brand.
She is survived by: her children, Bette Jo Chudy (Kenneth), Julie Johnson, Jeanne De Haan (Garry) and John Szymas (Carol); and her brother Gary Vanden Brand. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
