The memory of Barbara Jean Ballard of Grand Haven, Michigan, who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hartman and Margaret Hartman (Molengraf); her brother Roger Dennis Hartman; her sister-in-law Gail Hartman; her former husband James Neal Ballard; her brother-in-law Robert Ballard; and her nephews, Eric and Matthew Hartman.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Curtiss (Don) of Spring Lake, Scott Ballard (Linda) of Grand Haven and Darrell Ballard (Christine) of Spring Lake; her granddaughters, Breann Ballard (Kyle Tobin), Autumn Ballard (Zach Gargano) and Shelby Basham (Curt Janes); her siblings, Donna Hartman, Donald (Judy) and Robert Hartman; and her sisters-in-law, Juanita Ballard and Nedra Holder. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association-Michigan Chapter.
