She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wayne and LaVerne Wayne (Duda); her granddaughter Casey LeMieux; her daughters, Karen Lewis and Joan Lewis; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Wayne and Jim.
She is survived by: her husband John Lewis; her children, Ken Lewis (Bonnie), Linda Carlson (Jon), Kristin Harrison (Joseph), Debbie Lewis and Jon Lewis; her grandchildren, Tim, Katie, Gabe, Matthew, Angie, Jessica, Sarah and Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Ivy, Lizzie, Delaney, Jeremiah, Brayden, Landon, Gunnar, Kat, Elliana, Malcolm, Nicholas, Austin, Ella, Brooklyn and Atreus.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date when Covid restrictions are lifted.
