He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fordham and Betty Fordham; his siblings, Mary and Larry; and his grandson Nicholas Reid.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Gaskin; his daughters, Tammy Whitener (Ken) and Lisa Reid (Dan); his brother Warren Fordham; and his friend John "Woz" Wozniak. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
