He is survived by: his mother Patricia J. Barnett (Brye); his former spouse Stacy Ellis; his daughter Zophia Ellis; his father Joe Ellis (Mary); and his siblings, Jaime Ellis, Jon Barnett (Holly), Katie Eden (Marty) and Rebecca Burton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly request that donations be made to Stacy Ellis (17875 Mohawk Dr., Spring Lake, MI 49456) to support Zophia and her future.
