He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ida, Nick Ellis, Fred and Betty Brye; his stepfather Steven Barnett; and his uncle Richard Howell.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia J. Barnett (Brye); his former spouse Stacy Ellis; his daughter Zophia Ellis; his father Joe Ellis (Mary); and his siblings, Jaime Ellis, Jon Barnett (Holly), Katie Eden (Marty) and Rebecca Burton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Klaassen Family Funeral Home (1500 Robbins Rd, Grand Haven, MI 49417). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
