She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence R. Frankhouse. She is survived by: her mother Rosemarie Frankhouse (Malinowski); her sisters, Carol Burge, Gail Pettit (Bob), Kathy Thompson (Jeff) and Lauren Johnson (Steve); and her nieces and nephews, Catrina Choate-Heretoiu (Bogdan), Melissa Moore (Shane), Mary Grace Johnson, John Stogiera, Matt Stogiera (Anna), Jeff Thompson (Stephanie) and Ben Johnson.

In Lieu of flowers a memorial to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital is appreciated.

“I am very saddened to hear of Annette’s passing. It was only by chance that I came across this unwelcome news. It’s my hope that she did not suffer during her illness. I always held out hope that we could/would contact each other one day. I know that she was truly a good spirit and she meant so much to those who were fortunate to be close to her.
