He is survived by: his mother Caroline Haack (Nofsinger) of Grand Haven; his sons, Chris Haack (Barb) and Travis Haack of Grand Haven; and his siblings, Lisa Mulcahy (Jim) of Grand Haven and Donall Haack (Amy) of Fruitport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
