He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian P. Kuyper and Clara Kuyper (Olthof); and his sister Jackie Vaughn. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Beatrice "Bea" Moon; his children, Karen Fors (Marc) of Longboat Key, FL and Paul Kuyper (Nancy) of Winneconne, WI; his sister Lorna Baillif; and his sisters-in-law, Jean and Margaret Moon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
