He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore S. Keranen and Viana Keranen; his former wife Christine Keranen; his daughter Erica; his grandson Todd Jr.; and his former wife Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Keranen; his children, Ted Keranen (Linneya), Kathie Dell (Steve), Karol Keranen (Rich), Tom Keranen (Michelle), Todd Keranen, Tamara Keranen (Will) and Laura Keranen (Joe); and his stepson Michael Schuplin. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
