With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvatore Asaro of Grand Blanc, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Asaro and Mary Asaro (DiGorgi); and his daughter Julie. He is survived by: his significant other Dawn Parr; his children, Sam Asaro, Daria Neurohr (Tony) and Nicole Hackett (David); his grandchildren, Anthony, Hannah, Abigail, Richie and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Ava, Natalie and Elizabeth; the mother of his children Janice Asaro; and his sister Virgie Vermett.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
