With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth M. McCready of Grand Blanc, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth M. McCready to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Voakes and Margaret Voakes; and her husband Robert McCready. She is survived by: her children, Bob Jr. McCready, Debbie Marshall and Vicky Muckenthaler (Lou); her grandchildren, Joshua Gould, Kelly Genzlinger (Dave), Tiffany Wilson, Melanie McCready and Brittany Marshall; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Ashley, Alexis, Dylan, Jack and Kennedy; her great great grandchild Jarad; and her siblings, Irene Case and John Paul Voakes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
