He was predeceased by: his parent Gilbert Stegall; and his sister-in-law Kit Skinner. He is survived by: his parent Vivian Stegall (Deming); his wife Sharon Skinner Stegall; his children, Marcie Melton (Larry), Jill Volis (George), Mark Stegall (Jenna) and Brad Stegall Cauley; his grandchildren, Hunter, Broda, Zachary, George, Luke, Amelia and Caleb; his siblings, Tamara Deming and Greg Stegall (Martha); and his siblings-in-law, James Skinner (Sue), Phil Skinner (Gail) and Janet Jackson (Dan).
