He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Phillip Cook, Julius Cook, Terry Montney (Beth), Jason Montney, Breann Furtado (David) and Sheena Teddy (Dan); his grandchildren, Dominic, Kendra, Jasmine, Nathan, Justin, Christopher, Katelynn, Emma, Cali and Sam; his great grandchildren, Brinley and Ivy; and his sister-in-law Cindy Lazzio.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Jansen Family Funeral Home – Columbiaville (4705 Pine St, Columbiaville, MI 48421). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
