He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Palmer and Margaret Palmer (Billings). He is survived by: his wife Carla Tower; and his children, Jeff, Kim, Kristi, Bart and Brad. He is also survived by spouses, 16 grand-children and many great-grandchildren.
