He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar F. Blom Sr. and Lydia Emily Johnson Blom; and his wife Charlotte Blom (Joanne). He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Heine (Mike) of Portland, OR.; and his grandchildren, Jody Blom (Jackie), Joshua Blom (Kristen), Aaron Heine (Ally), Jeremy Blom (Amanda), Shelley Heine, Christine Blom, Andrew Blom, Matthew Blom (Shannon), Austin Blom and Christina (Darryl).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity, Eastside Mission or Carriage Town Ministries.
