He is survived by: his wife Dorothy West; his children, Karen Histed, Theresa Asperger, David West (Andrea), Daniel West (Stacey), Dennis West (Patricia), Colleen Schon (David) and Phillip West (Lorraine); and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn West, Oscar Freeman and Dorothy O'Brien. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
