She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervyn Carver and Virginia Carver (Bullis); her son Steven Smith; her nephew Joseph Anthony Ticonni; and her sister-in-law Deannie Joe Walker.
She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Walker; her son Barclay E. Smith (Kathleen); her grandson Grant Smith (Brett Lauren Taylor); her great grandchild Colton John; her sister Peggy Ticonni; her nephew Giovani Ticonni (Tracey); her sisters-in-law, Sheila McBride and Karen Dickson; and her cousins, Linda Werner, Michael Werner and Georgia Chard (Brian).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center (6063 Fenton Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Hope Cemetery North Jackson (1300 W Park St, Lapeer, MI 48446).
