With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Moore of Grand Blanc, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Walter Kreh; her husband Richard Moore; her mother Kathryn Welch (Welch); her brother Ezra Walter Kreh; and her half-sister Donna Meacham.

She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Buckley, Kathy Ball (Scott) and Lori (Jeff Korcsmoros); her grandchildren, Shawn Ball and Courtney Kneeshaw (Troy); her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Tyler, Logan, Mason, Hunter, Cole and Natalia; her siblings, Beatrice Mullin (Kreh), Tom Kreh, Mike Welch, Roger Welch and Ron Welch; and her caregivers, Bridgette, Carolyn and Yvette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
