He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gipson and Naomi Gipson (Copeland). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Gipson; and his children, Phyllis Cook, Richard Gipson, Daniel Gipson, Kevin Gipson and Larry Gipson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
