With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glenn Gustin Vallance Jr. of Grand Blanc, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Though Glenn Gustin may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn G. Vallance Sr. and Oena Vallance (Sheets); and his siblings, Cathie Koetje and Charles "Pat" Vallance. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Vallance; his sons, Glenn G. "Mike" Vallance, III (Kimberly) and Frederick "Derick" Vallance (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Dashiel Vallance, Charles "Chuck" Lindsey (Oralia) and Gina Giraud (Anthony "Tony"). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
