It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Phillip McGinnis of Grand Blanc, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans George McGinnis and Louise McGinnis (Racine); and his sister Sandra. He is survived by: his wife Sharion Arrowood; his daughters, Kim Handa (Ben) and Sha'Lorena Manoharan; his grandchildren, Josh Handa, Jeremy Handa (Brittany), Jon Handa, Charlie Handa and Emerie Manoharan; and his brother David McGinnis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
