He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Goodman; his brother Dick Goodman; and his sisters-in-law, Judy and Pam Goodman. He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Anne), Scott and Eric Goodman; his grandchildren, Cody and Katlyn Goodman; and his siblings, Bob, Don Goodman and Marie Lair (Don).

A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hill Funeral Home (11723 S Saginaw St, Grand Blanc, MI 48439). The military honors was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
