In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Connie had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Connie may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Pierce and Clara Pierce (West); and her husband Rocky Elder. She is survived by: her son David Smith (Anna); her grandsons, David Smith (Ashley) and Daniel Smith (Destiny); and her great grandchild Rowan Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507).
