She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin K. Nelson and Rosalie Marie Nelson (Funsch); her sister Jenny Taylor; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Nelson and Stephen Spohn.
She is survived by: her son Sean G. DeMoss of Grand Blanc; her grandchildren, Patrick DeMoss and Raeann Roberts; her brother Kurt Nelson of Flint; her siblings-in-law, Harvey Taylor of Flint and Pamela Spohn; her niece Tracy Klimek (Mark); and her nephews, Michael Nelson, Jeff Nelson, Brian Taylor (Carrie), Jeremy Spohn (Heather), Jeff Spohn and Jason Spohn (Cassandra).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Fenton Chapel (1000 W Silver Lake Rd, Fenton, MI 48430). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
