She is survived by: her husband Stephen Hoffman; her daughter Stephanie Kalush; her grandchildren, Bailey, Gage and River; and her siblings, Paulette Pferelli, Sandy, Sharon and Gary. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
