He was predeceased by: his mother June Haney (Packard); his former wife Diane; and his daughter Elizabeth. He is survived by: his father Robert Haney; his wife Debi; his brother Craig Haney (Jill); his son Dylan Haney (Kristy); his son-in-law Greg Smith; his stepchildren, Clifford Lewis (Sarah), Nikki Fogg (Matthew), Valerie Budds (Bill), Tracy Puffer (Lincoln) and Chad Lewis (Danielle); and his grandchild Debi.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (4285 McCandlish Rd, Grand Blanc, MI 48439).
