He is survived by: his girlfriend Patricia; his daughters, Tammy (Greg) and Kelly (Ryan); his grandchildren, Evan, Owen, Samantha (Kyle) and Tyler (Liz); his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Krew and Jameson; and his siblings, Linda and Glen.
