He was predeceased by: his son Steven "Stevie" Edward; his parents, Mary and John; and his siblings, Robert, Jack and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his daughter Dee Anne; his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Kelcie (Ben Hauch) and Kaylinn; his great grandchildren, Carter, Emerson, Emma and Grace; his sister-in-law Janet Tippett; his friend Patrick Tippett (Michelle); his wife Valerie Petty; and also, Ibrahim Kaddouh and Gerald "Jerry" Allen. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.
