He is survived by: his wife Sue; his mother Maritta Carpenter; his children, Reg Patrikus (Amanda Herman) and Heather Lavrack (Maurice); his grandchildren, Kalie LaFave (Jim), Jacob Lavrack and Jacques Lavrack; and his great grandchildren, Josie, Henry and Callaghan.
