She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Stuart and Janet Stuart (Coxon); and her daughter Janet VanTine. She is survived by: her spouses, Eldon "Gus" Rockafellow and Ted Nesmith; her daughters, Jackie McDonald, Shirley Herman (Dale) and April Rockafellow; her grandchildren, John VanTine, Rachel Bennett, Andrew Herman (Diana), Brooke Piger (Jerry), Jennifer Grab, Ryan Grab (Jamie) and Adam Rockafellow; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Herman, Cameron Herman, Grant Davis, Kaylyn Piger, Mason Brewer, Emersyn Grab, Ellisen Grab, Spencer VanTine, Case Bennett, Gage Bennett and Jenna Grab. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for donation to The Pines of Goodrich, in memory of Phylliss.
