He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Joseph and Mary Edla; and his sister Judy Cleveland (late Tom). He is survived by: his wife Denise Palshan; his sons, Andrew J. Palshan and Isaac E. Palshan; and his sisters, Carlye Barnard (late Bill), Marilynn Theolet (Jim) and Rosemary Spicer (late Jack).
