He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Michall Shampine (Allen), Michael Alexander (Shawn) and Melissa Rossello; his nieces, Stephanie Witucki (Tom), Wendy Roberts (Lance Glazier), Kari Wilcox and Tara Robinson (Noah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brogen, Camden, Jordis, Willow, Cooper, Ivy Kay, Jax, Beckett and Hayes.
