He is survived by: his wife Betty Butterworth (Edens); his children, Deana Webber (Duke), George Eric Butterworth (Rayann), Bryan Butterworth (Jessica) and Douglas Butterworth; his grandchildren, Drew Webber, Kirsten Montour (Blake), Shelby Treichel (Travis), Logan Butterworth (Kira), George Butterworth Jr., Landen Butterworth and Xander Reaver; and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Jason and Salem Treichel.
